Terms and conditions.

Bookings made are subject to a minimum 3 day cancellation window. Should you cancel after the 3 day cancellation point the first night will be payable.

If the deposit has been paid using a credit or debit card then any payment due owing to cancellation, curtailment or damage will also be made on this same card by the proprietor. The card holder will be notified of any such transaction.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend ,curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the hotel or to the well being or comfort of any other guests.

None refundable bookings and none cancellable bookings are taken at a reduced rate and are taken on the understanding that no monies are refundable whatsoever under any circumstances.

Bookings for stag parties hen parties and large groups (over 4) are not accepted, if booked in error they will be refused and refunds will not be made.

All rooms must be vacated by 11:00 A.M. on the day of departure unless a prior arrangement has been made with the proprietors.

The proprietors cannot accept any responsibility for loss of guest’s property, unless handed in for safe custody and signed for by the proprietors.

Cheques will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with the proprietors to allow for bank clearance.

If one member of a group of people breaks any of the terms of booking the proprietors reserve the right to evict the entire group.

No take-away food is to be consumed in the  property. You are not allowed to bring alcohol in to the property under any circumstances as the premises are licensed for the sale of alcohol.

If any of the terms and conditions of booking are broken you may be asked to vacate the premises.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
