Terms and conditions of booking In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, and should the accommodation not be re-let, the person who made this reservation with this establishment and whose name appears on your receipt will be liable to pay for the total cost as per your reservation, less an allowance for food and services.
If the deposit has been paid using a credit or debit card authorised account number, then any payment due owing to cancellation, curtailment or damage will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor. The card holder will be notified of any such transaction.
he proprietors reserve the right to amend ,curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the hotel or to the well being or comfort of any other guests.
None refundable bookings and none cancellable bookings are taken at a reduced rate and are taken on the understanding that no monies are refundable whatsoever under any circumstances.
All rooms must be vacated by 11:00 A.M. on the day of departure unless a prior arrangement has been made with the proprietors.
The proprietors cannot accept any responsibility for loss of guest’s property, unless handed in for safe custody and signed for by the proprietors.
Cheques will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with the proprietors to allow for bank clearance.
If one member of a group of people breaks any of the terms of booking the proprietors reserve the right to evict the entire group.
No take-away food is to be consumed in the rooms; you may use the dining room where plates and cutlery will be provided.
If any of the terms and conditions of booking are broken you may be asked to vacate the premises.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
